Film Friday: Ryan + Catie.
They were married on a fall day
and served a whole roasted pig for dinner.
They came to our house a few weekends ago
bearing gifts like whiskey and bacon and beer.
It's good to have friends who understand
the joy and love that comes
from feeding others well.
Here's to a lifetime
of eating, drinking
and being married.
Beautiful shots, Jacqui. Everything looks dreamy and romantic. I want to go to a whole hog wedding now.
ReplyDeletethanks, Nicole! Whole hog is always the way to go. :)

ReplyDeleteI know! So many cute details. There's a special place in my heart for backyard DIY weddings.
DeleteOh, I love it! What a fun wedding. And YES: "Here's to a lifetime of eating, drinking and being married." Indeed! Nothing better that I can think of.
ReplyDeleteWeddings are the best, aren't they? Can't help but get that lovey dovey feeling every time I go to one.
DeleteHi, I was wondering where do you develop your film now since so many places stop doing that.
ReplyDeleteIf it's expensive film or black and white, I usually go to a local photo shop around here called PJ Camera, which still provides film photography services/supplies mostly for community college students. But I've also take a lot of film to Walgreens with fine results!
